Matt was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. A 1989 Graduate of Gadsden High School, Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Huntingdon College, Montgomery, Alabama in 1992. He completed Law School at the University of Alabama and was admitted to the State Bar in 1995.
Matt’s wife, Kellie, is a native of Vestavia Hills. They have raised their four daughters in Vestavia and are active in St. Paul’s Cathedral Parrish in downtown Birmingham.
Matt’s practice is focused on helping the injured and disabled. This includes workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, automobile collisions and premises liability injuries.
Matt is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the American Bar Association.
